The FLMI Program

The Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) Program is a rigorous, ten-course, professional development program that provides a comprehensive business education in the context of the insurance and financial services industry. 

Established in 1932, the FLMI Program is the world's largest university-level education program in insurance and financial services. More than 70,000 students throughout the world have earned the FLMI designation. The FLMI Program has received worldwide recognition.

The AIAA Program

The Associate, Insurance Agency Administration designation is earned by successfully completing 6 required courses within the LOMA course line.

The program is designed to: organize the agency office, provide excellent customer service for internal and external companies, use technology to enhance communications between agency offices and the home office, identify compliance and ethical issues that affect agencies, make efficient use of your office's financial and human resources, develop leadership and problem-solving skills, and supervise employees and encourage teamwork

The ACS Program

The Associate, Customer Service designation is earned by successfully completing 3 required courses and 2 electives within the LOMA course line.

The ACS Program is designed to: increase knowledge of product lines, successfully manage customer relationships, and exceed customers' expectations
