AIAA Program
The Associate, Insurance Agency Administration
designation is earned by successfully completing 6 required courses within the
LOMA course line.
The program is
designed to: organize the agency office, provide excellent customer service for
internal and external companies, use technology to enhance communications
between agency offices and the home office, identify compliance and ethical
issues that affect agencies, make efficient use of your office's financial and
human resources, develop leadership and problem-solving skills, and supervise
employees and encourage teamwork |

The Associate, Customer Service designation is
earned by successfully completing 3 required courses and 2 electives within the
LOMA course line.
The ACS Program is designed to: increase
knowledge of product lines, successfully manage customer relationships, and
exceed customers' expectations
