Office Support Services:
While
working in the insurance industry since 1992, we have dealt
with many independent insurance producers who were just beginning to
build their practice, those who worked out of their homes or leased
small offices from which to work, and those who were ready to
retire, but still servicing their clients.
These
producers were in the position where they couldn’t justify hiring
a full-time administrative person, leasing office space for that
person and providing the required equipment for them to work.
In these situations, these producers tend to spend much of
their time performing administrative tasks and not enough time
servicing their clients and building their practices.
We came
to realize that the solution to their dilemma was to work with
someone like us on a “contract – as needed” basis.
They can utilize our services as they need to – whether it’s
5 hours per week or 20 hours per week.
They don’t need to worry about processing payroll and
paying payroll taxes and employee benefits.
They don’t need to worry about leasing office space or
buying equipment – all of that is taken care of!
